peace, tranquility and affordable luxury, only 10 minutes from the Waitomo Caves and Otorohanga.

Spacious en-suite double rooms with either King or Queen beds, efficient heating and air conditioning.
There are 12 acres of wonderful grounds, an in-ground pool, spa pool and sauna for guest relaxation and delight. There is also a separate guest lounge featuring a log fire, pool table, TV, many books and a wide selection of popular videos.

A delicious and filling breakfast with a choice of continental or full English options, together with lovely homemade preserves, is standard. A home-cooked 3-course evening meal can be provided by arrangement. Your hosts, Donovan & Julie, are young, hospitable & enthusiastic. Julie is a professional chef.
